A practice built around families, not cases
Wattana Law opened its doors in Khon Kaen with one clear purpose: to offer families a place where they could think through difficult personal situations without feeling any pressure to act before they were ready. The practice was built by lawyers who had seen how hurried or adversarial legal processes could compound what families were already experiencing, and who wanted to approach the work differently.
From the beginning, the focus has been on listening carefully before offering any advice. Family matters carry weight that goes far beyond paperwork — they touch on relationships, children, shared histories, and futures that are still uncertain. That reality shapes every conversation we have with a client.
Over the years, we have handled a wide range of family matters for residents of Khon Kaen and the surrounding region — from first conversations where someone simply needed to understand their position, to full representation in contested proceedings. Called to the Thai Bar in 2004, Khemarat established the practice with a focus on family law that prioritises respectful process. He leads all full representation matters personally.

Thai Bar Qualification
All practising lawyers at Wattana Law hold current Thai Bar Association membership and undertake continuing legal education every year to maintain and deepen their knowledge of Thai family law.
Written Engagement Terms
Before any paid work begins, we provide a clear written engagement letter stating exactly what is included, the fee, and the expected scope. There are no surprises in our billing.
